Next up on the list is American Capital Agency (AGNC). I should probably mention up front that I did pick up a few shares in the later part of the 2015, but that right now I really can't recommend your doing the same. Total assets are down on the last quarter to $60.6 billion, from $62.8 billion but net tangible assets are down an even sharper degree to $8.3 billion from $8.7 billion. Net income lost in the 3rd quarter was the largest of the year. We're on track to see another dividend cut if the 4th can't show some improvement. On the plus side, the cash balance has been building up, so it looks like the plan here is to try to make a move on raised interest rates. We'll have to wait and see. In spite of the guaranteed assets on the books, this is a sell for now. AGNC closed down 26 cents to $16.72 on Friday.
